CHANCES was very pleased in extending a warm welcome to Hon. Natalie Jameson; Minister of Education & Lifelong Learning as well as Deputy Minister – Bethany MacLeod as they visited our CHANCES O’Leary, Smart Start, Smart Play and Best Start Programs. Other special guests included Robert Henderson, MLA for District 25; O’Leary – Inverness; Chester Gillan, Special Advisor to the Minister, as well as CHANCES parents, children & staff.
