About the Program
Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program offers prenatal and postnatal information and support to parents during this important time. From conception until your baby reaches 12 months of age, CHANCES has programs designed with you in mind.
Building Incredible Babies is a postnatal group for parents with babies from birth to 12 months. Build confidence in your parenting and have fun. We meet as a group and discuss a variety of parenting topics. Caring for baby, developmental milestones, safety, and many more topics.
We also offer a prenatal program, Special Delivery.

About CHANCES
CHANCES (Caring, Helping, And Nurturing, Children Every Step) is a non-profit, charitable organization that exists to provide a range of child development and parent support services to children from 0-11 years and their families, particularly those experiencing additional life challenges.
In the provision of a range of comprehensive programs and services, CHANCES receives funding through the Public Health Agency of Canada, the province of Prince Edward Island, and private donations.
In addition, CHANCES offers self-sustaining programs on a fee for service basis for families.
