Smart Start - Chances PEI daycare
Smart Start
Licensed Monday-Friday daycare services for children 0-5. We also help to prepare children for success at school and offer support to parents to maximize their child’s potential at school.
Drop In Play - Chances Family Centre PEI

A time for parents/caregivers and children from birth to age six to come out and make new friends and discover fun things to do together.
Strong Start - Chances PEI - children's literacy
Strong Start
This program brings parents and children together in an environment that promotes literacy through a variety of activities and is facilitated by an Early Childhood Educator.

Our postnatal group for parents with babies from birth to 12 months. Build confidence in your parenting in a group setting while discussing parenting topics.

Parent Sessions

Information sessions on topics relevant to parents and caregivers with children between the ages of birth and six years old. Share your knowledge and learn from others.

Best Start - in-home support - Chances PEI
Best Start
In-home support program offered in partnership with Public Health Nursing. Discuss health, safety, language and other topics related to your child (birth-36 months).

About CHANCES

CHANCES (Caring, Helping, And Nurturing, Children Every Step) is a non-profit, charitable organization that exists to provide a range of child development and parent support services to children from 0-11 years and their families, particularly those experiencing additional life challenges.

In the provision of a range of comprehensive programs and services, CHANCES receives funding through the Public Health Agency of Canada, the province of Prince Edward Island, and private donations.

In addition, CHANCES offers self-sustaining programs on a fee for service basis for families.
