Before and after-school program for children in kindergarten and up to grade 6. Fun and creative activities as well as outdoor play and healthy snacks.

Smart Start
Strong Start
Children 0-6 years and their caregivers come together and participate in age-appropriate early-learning activities, engage in active play, and build a sense of connection and community with other families.
Pre-Kindergarten
A universal play-based program for four-year-old children meant to support the transition to kindergarten and highlight their overall development.

Parent Sessions
Information sessions on topics relevant to parents and caregivers with children between the ages of birth and six years old. Share your knowledge and learn from others.

About CHANCES
CHANCES (Caring, Helping, And Nurturing, Children Every Step) is a non-profit, charitable organization that exists to provide a range of child development and parent support services to children from 0-11 years and their families, particularly those experiencing additional life challenges.
In the provision of a range of comprehensive programs and services, CHANCES receives funding through the Public Health Agency of Canada, the province of Prince Edward Island, and private donations.
In addition, CHANCES offers self-sustaining programs on a fee for service basis for families.
